Opis

Stroller Gray Titanium/Camo Carbon Fiber, Stonewashed is a sturdy folding knife designed by Utilizator, which combines exceptional craftsmanship with functionality ideal for everyday use. The handle features a unique combination of titanium and a Camo Carbon Fiber composite inlay. The knife blade is made of vacuum-hardened and cryogenically treated CPM 20CV steel, offering excellent abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting sharpness. This makes the Stroller ready for any challenge, whether you’re using it in the kitchen, on hikes, or for everyday tasks. The size is perfectly suited for everyday carry. It’s neither too big nor too small—ideal for slipping into a pants or jacket pocket. It’s not just a tool, but also a sophisticated addition to your collection. Its quality, durability, and functionality will make you love it for a long time.

Kubey—one of the largest manufacturers producing top-quality knives at great prices! The company’s motto is “An Edge Above the Rest” / “An Edge Above the Rest.” Thanks to the use of high-speed CNC machine tools, milling machines, laser cutting, and custom hand finishing, the brand focuses on quality craftsmanship and an innovative approach to design.

CPM 20CV – one of the best tool steels, a premium-grade American martensitic stainless steel. Manufactured by US Crucible Industries using the Crucible® Particle Metallurgy (CPM) process. The CPM process creates a highly homogeneous, high-quality steel characterized by excellent dimensional stability, grindability, and ductility compared to steels produced by conventional methods. Designed to provide better wear resistance while maintaining corrosion resistance at the highest level. This super steel is comparable to Bohler’s M390 or Carpenter’s CTS-204P. According to some knife manufacturers, 20CV is the best of these three steels in terms of edge retention. It consists of 1.9% carbon (C), 20.0% chromium (Cr), 4.0% vanadium (V), 1.0% molybdenum (Mo), and 0.6% tungsten (W). The high percentage of chromium with a touch of molybdenum makes 20CV one of the best high-end corrosion-resistant steels.

Vacuum & Cryogenic – CPM 20CV steel undergoes a specialized heat treatment process involving two key stages. Vacuum Heat Treatment: the steel is hardened in a vacuum environment, which minimizes oxidation and ensures more uniform metal properties. This process increases the steel’s strength and structural integrity. Cryogenic Treatment: After heating, the steel is rapidly cooled to extremely low temperatures, often below -100°C (-148°F). This transformation converts residual austenite into martensite, significantly increasing hardness, wear resistance, and overall durability. Thanks to these advanced processes, CPM 20CV steel delivers exceptional performance, offering both razor-sharp edge retention and remarkable blade durability.

Blade – Clip Point style, finished with a Stonewashed treatment that masks minor scratches caused by use. The blade thickness ensures high strength, while the high, flat grind provides excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ceramic ball bearings assist in opening the blade using the flipper. Once open, the flipper forms a mini-guard that prevents the hand from slipping onto the blade. The knife can also be opened using the front flipper or the notch in the blade. On the spine of the blade, there is upper jimping, a serrated thumb rest. The entire mechanism is locked by the proven and popular liner lock with a steel inlay that prevents wear on the lock face.

Handle – made of 6AL4V titanium, with a perfectly fitted Camo Carbon Fiber composite inlay. The beveled edges of the covers eliminate sharp edges. The grips are bolted to a solid titanium backspacer, ensuring years of reliable use. The pivot shaft is adorned with a stylized brand logo. A single-position (right-side) titanium deep carry clip allows for discreet carrying of the knife in a pocket in the tip-up position (blade tip facing upward).
