Vacuum & Cryogenic- 14C28N steel has undergone a specialized heat treatment process comprising two key stages.Vacuum Heat Treatment (vacuum heat treatment), the steel is hardened in a vacuum environment, which minimizes oxidation and ensures more uniform metal properties. This process increases the steel’s strength and structural integrity. Cryogenic Treatment(cryogenic treatment) after heating, the steel is rapidly cooled to extremely low temperatures, often below -100°C (-148°F). This transformation converts residual austenite into martensite, significantly increasing hardness, wear resistance, and overall durability. Thanks to these advanced processes, 14C28N delivers exceptional performance, offering both razor-sharp edge retention and remarkable blade durability.

ULTEM™ – a polymer belonging to the polyetherimide family, or simply PEI. This material is characterized primarily by high mechanical and impact strength with a very high strength-to-weight ratio. It also features high thermal resistance (180°C) and high chemical resistance to all types of solvents (synthetic and natural), lubricants, and other chemicals. Add to this its complete resistance to weather conditions, and we have the ideal material for knife handles.
