HK-02 is universal knife for cutting single-use handcuffs (textile, plastic, safety belts and clothing during first aid) Ergonomic shape of the chisel prevents accidental injury of the person during its release as well as the operator.
The cutting blade is embedded in a recess to prevent accidental injury when worn. At the base of the handle there is a hole on which a metal Key Ring for hanging is mounted.
