N690- corrosion-resistant, high-carbon 1.07% (C), martensitic chromium steel 17.30% (Cr) with the addition of molybdenum 1.10% (Mo), vanadium 0.10% (V) and cobalt 1.50% (Co) for structural uniformity. Features exceptionally high corrosion resistance and long edge retention. One of the best tool steels in the world today. Achieves a hardness of 58 HRC. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.
Blade – massive, 6.3 mm thickness with Tanto profile. On both sides of the blade – blood grooves.The blade is covered with a mate, non-reflective Stone Washed coating. Smooth blade (Plain type) was made with a flat cut (Flat grind), which maintains high sharpness of the cutting edge and penetration ability regardless of the intensity of wear.
Handle – with a perfect design, made of Austrian Böhler-Uddeholm’s N690Co stainless steel. The arched shape of the grip prevents accidental injuries during use. A protrusion on the top of the handle, so-called „Top Hammer” replaces a hammer or glass breaker.
Sheath – made of Kydex material allows you to quickly get a knife in every situation. Includes a rope made of paracord to hang the sheath with a knife on the neck. The sheath can also be attached in conjunction with the optional Extrema Ratio accessories: under-tapes the M.O.L.L.E system. or on a belt which allows you to use N.K. 3 K as clinch pick (short knife for final defense in clinch). Clinch Pick knife, tool ideal for self-defense also from a sitting position, for example on a bench.
Fasteners – optional Extrema Ratio accessories allows you to adjust the transfer method to your needs. BELT-CLIP (fastening the sheath to the belt), UNDER SHIRT SYSTEM (fastening for conveying).
