BW-22P set of two knives, BW-22andBW-10, with fixed blades of different lengths, made from molybdenum-vanadium steel. The goal was to create a reliable tool set suitable for various outdoor applications, and due to its dimensions and lightweight design, it is both convenient and easy to carry. Ideal for survival enthusiasts, outdoor adventurers, and hunters.
X50CrMoV15(1.4116) -molybdenum-vanadiumhigh-carbon, martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high, for stainless steels, hardness of56-58 HRC.The chemical composition of the steel is enriched with an admixture of15.0%chromium (Cr),0.80%molybdenum (Mo),0.20%vanadium (V).
Blades – Bowie profile, coated with a non-reflective Satin Finish to reduce glare. Smooth Plain edge blades with a Hollow Grind. Brass double guards at the base of the blade prevent the hand from slipping onto the edge, providing secure thumb support.
Handles – finished with brass heads. Scales with a unique pattern, made from synthetic coral Pakka wood (colorwood), a wood composite infused with phenolic resin. Beveled edges on the scales remove sharp edges for a comfortable grip, providing excellent control over the knives.
Sheath- handcrafted with space for two knives, made from natural dark brown cowhide leather. The sheath features an embossed manufacturer’s logo and is secured with a Prim-type snap fastener. The edges are stitched with decorative thread. Designed for vertical carry, it can be attached to a belt or gear for convenient transportation.
