AirWeight – weight approximately 45% lower than comparable steel batons, a loss of only 2% of their impact potential. Seamless pipes produced especially for the ASP company were used for the production of the elements. The same aluminum alloy (7075) was used for their construction, from which the breech chambers of the M16 rifles are made. Thanks to the reduced weight, the inertia effect has been reduced, which made it possible to increase the frequency of strokes – the AirWeight bar hits faster than a steel baton.
Handle – made of DuraTec Grip, the best material used in the handles of ASP bars. Thanks to the extremely durable connection with the telescopic baton, it is extremely durable and easy to grip.
