X50CrMoV15(1.4116) -molybdenum-vanadiumhigh-carbon, martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high, for stainless steels, hardness of56-58 HRC.The chemical composition of the steel is enriched with an admixture of15.0%chromium (Cr),0.80%molybdenum (Mo),0.20%vanadium (V).
Blade -solid,4 mmthickness with excellent mechanical properties with aGuthookprofile, ideal for skinning (a hook for skinning was placed on the back).Smooth blade (Plaintype) was made concave cut (Hollow Grind). TheSatin Finish(semi-matte) coating eliminates glare.
Handle – ergonomically contoured and made from flexible polymer, providing an excellent grip during use. The knife fits securely in the hand, resists slipping, and is easy to handle in all weather conditions, including winter, as it does not freeze to the skin. The handle features a textured thumb ramp and an extended guard for added safety, preventing the hand from slipping onto the blade during work. At the rear of the handle, there is an enlarged lanyard hole for added convenience.
Sheath- hand-stitched, made of top quality blackcowhidewith embossed manufacturer’s logo. The edges of the case are stitched with decorative thread. Fastened with aPrymtype snap.The belt attachment allows the knife to be carried inan uprightposition.
