Commodore S3 Non Metallic Boot, this is all-season tactical leather semi-toothed safety shoes for professional use with REGI-TEX membrane and lining THINSULATE.. The shoes have toes reinforced with a composite toe-cap, the undersurface secured with a Kevlar insole. Comfortable, durable with versatile use. The shoe has a TPU heel stabilizer. Safety shoes that do not contain metal parts meet the requirements of EN ISO 20345 S3 SRC HRO WR CI.
The top of the shoe – covered with a water-repellent layer, additionally is covered with Action Leather genuine leather in black color with a thickness of +/- 2.0 mm. It has a reflective strip at the back.
Collar – synthetic material C, stabilizes and increases the comfort of use in difficult conditions.
Language – combination of textile material A and external material. It has a baggy fashion.
Lining – lining four-layer sandwich with a waterproof membrane, combined with a THINSULATE thermo-insulating layer.
THINSULATE™ – lightweight, low volume, hypoallergenic synthetic nonwoven made by 3M Company. Micro-fibers provide breathing, guaranteeing a thermal balance regardless of the ambient conditions.
Puncture insole – non-metallic (LENZI Q3), made of Kevlar, maximum elastic, strength 2-3 mm. Strength on piercing with sharp objects from the ground with a force of min. 1100 N, while maintaining the flexibility of the soles (shoes with the designation S3).
Sole – double layer ALLIGATOR PU / Rubber with non-slip pattern and shape. Made with the use of direct spraying technology, it perfectly protects against ANTI SLIP slipping.
Footed part – rubber, based on Nitrile (rubber with a sports pattern). Anti-static, resistant to oils, greases, and propellants and chemicals, OIL RESISTANT sole. High resistance to contact heat up to 300 ° C.
Midsole- softened PUR suppresses shocks, provides comfort during long-term walking.
The lacing system – made of plastic: four self-cleaning eyelets (guides) and three hooks. For lacing use round PES braided laces with a plastic 5 mm thick tip in black.
Non-metallic – antistatic footwear without metal elements.
