Blade – about Drop Point profile made of well-sharpening, easy to sharpen 8Cr13MoV stainless steel (equivalent to Japanese AUS-8 steel). Smooth blade (Plain type) was made with a full flat cut (Full Flat Grind) reducing the weight of the knife. The notched fragment of the blade’s back, the ramp (jimping / crosshatching) positions the thumb and gives solid support, and the arched undercut of the index finger between the handle and the cutting edge (finger choil jimping) facilitates folder handling. Comet-shaped notch (Spyderco patent) for quick blade opening. Blade blockade: Back-Lock type with protection against accidental release of the lock during a firm grip, cutout in the lock of David Boye’s design.
Handle – solid claddings made of stainless steel finished with Satin Finish coating (semi-matt). The bolted construction ensures a precise fit of all elements for maximum efficiency. The phosphor bronze pads ensure trouble-free smooth opening and closing of the penknife. Metal hourglass clip with the possibility of fixing in four planes (up / down, right / left) 4-way clip positions. The hole (lanyard hole) allows you to attach a safety cord.
