BW-22 Red Pakka Wood, Satin is a fixed-blade knife made from molybdenum-vanadium (MoVa) steel. Designed as a reliable tool for various outdoor applications, it is compact and lightweight, making it convenient and easy to carry. Targeted toward survival, outdoor, and hunting enthusiasts.
X50CrMoV15(1.4116) -molybdenum-vanadiumhigh-carbon, martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high, for stainless steels, hardness of56-58 HRC.The chemical composition of the steel is enriched with an admixture of15.0%chromium (Cr),0.80%molybdenum (Mo),0.20%vanadium (V).
Blade – Bowie profile, coated with a non-reflective Satin Finishto reduce glare. Smooth Plain edge with a Hollow Grind. A brass double guard at the base of the blade prevents the hand from slipping onto the edge, providing secure thumb support.
Handle – finished with brass head. Scales with a unique pattern, made from synthetic coral Pakka wood (colorwood), a wood composite infused with phenolic resin. Beveled edges on the scales remove sharp edges for a comfortable grip, providing excellent control over the knife.
Sheath- handcrafted from natural dark brown cowhide leather.The sheath features an embossed manufacturer’s logo and is secured with Prim-type snap fasteners. The edges are stitched with decorative thread. Designed for vertical carry, it can be attached to a belt or gear for convenient transportation.
