BW-10 is the smallest knife in the BW series, crafted from molybdenum-vanadium steel (MoVa). Designed to be a reliable and versatile tool for various outdoor applications, its compact size and lightweight construction make it easy to carry and handle. X50CrMoV15(1.4116) -molybdenum-vanadiumhigh-carbon, martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high, for stainless steels, hardness of56-58 HRC.The chemical composition of the steel is enriched with an admixture of15.0%chromium (Cr),0.80%molybdenum (Mo),0.20%vanadium (V).
Blade – Bowie profile coated with a non-reflective Satin Finish (semi-matte) to reduce glare. The Plain edge features a hollow grindfor efficient cutting performance. At the base of the blade, a brass double guard prevents the hand from slipping onto the blade and provides a secure thumb rest.
Handle- finished with brass head. Scales with a unique pattern, made from synthetic coralPakka wood(colorwood), a wood composite infused with phenolic resin. Beveled edges on the scales remove sharp edges for a comfortable grip, providing excellent control over the knife.
Sheath- crafted fromnatural dark browncowhide leather. The sheath features an embossed manufacturer’s logo and is secured with Prim-type snap fasteners. The edges are stitched with decorative thread. Designed for vertical carry, it can be attached to a belt or gear for convenient transportation.
